About this class
Event Details
90-min group event - A chakra & light body activation and realignment. A wonderful practice for intermediate to advance meditators.
Chakra Activation Meditation - Our chakras are gateways between the physical and energetic bodies. Practice balancing and aligning your energy centers. With intention, it becomes easier to come into alignment with your crystalline light body.
Cosmic Sound - Unwind to the meditative sounds of singing bowls & drift into the relaxed state of theta. It's an opportunity to expand and explore. Allow the binaural frequencies take you on a journey.
