Abstract: Learn how E15 Group is leveraging artificial intelligence and analytics to improve hospitality operations across stadiums and arenas, from the concourse to the back of house. This session will introduce an AI-driven sentiment analysis tool that transforms fan feedback into actionable insights, and an AI- and analytics-powered item-naming framework that improves ordering forecasts and helps venues reduce event-day waste. Speaker Bios: Carlos Guzman is Director of Strategy & Analytics for E15 Group at Bank of America Stadium, where he helps organizations leverage data and analytics to enhance fan experiences, optimize operations, and drive strategic business decisions. Since joining E15 in 2021, he has progressed through multiple analytics leadership roles supporting premier sports and entertainment venues, including Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, and Bank of America Stadium. Carlos specializes in translating complex data into actionable insights that improve business performance and customer engagement. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is passionate about applying data-driven innovation to advance the sports and entertainment industry. Andrew Giocondi, Analyst, Strategy and Analytics- Andrew Giocondi is an Analyst with E15 Group, where he supports data-driven decision-making for operations and fan engagement at Bank of America Stadium. A graduate of UNC Charlotte, he earned a B.S. in Data Science and a Certificate in Sports Analytics, graduating summa cum laude. Before joining E15 Group full-time, Andrew served as a Sports Analytics Intern with the Charlotte 49ers Women's Basketball program, providing scouting reports and game analytics to the coaching staff. His experience spans business intelligence, data visualization, and sports analytics, with a passion for applying data to improve organizational performance and enhance the sports and entertainment experience. Anuska Mondal, Analyst, Strategy and Analytics: Anuska Mondal is an Analyst with E15 Group, where she applies data science, machine learning, and business analytics to solve complex challenges in the sports and entertainment industry. Her work has included developing customer segmentation models, building production-ready large language model (LLM) pipelines, and designing data solutions that improve operational decision-making across major venues. Anuska earned a Master of Science in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, building on a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is passionate about translating data into actionable insights through statistical analysis, artificial intelligence, and collaborative problem-solving. Christine Nguyen, Data Scientist, Compass Data & AI- Christine Nguyen is a data scientist specializing in machine learning, forecasting, and analytics for the food service and sports entertainment industries. She currently develops scalable automation and forecasting solutions, building on previous data science and analytics roles with E15 Group and Levy Restaurants. Christine earned both her M.S. in Data Science and her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biological Sciences from DePaul University. Her unique background combines behavioral science with advanced analytics, reflecting a passion for using data to solve complex business and healthcare challenges. She began her career as a behavioral therapist supporting children with autism and remains committed to applying data science to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and real-world outcomes.
