This isn't about touching your toes, standing on your head, or looking a certain way. It's about learning to feel at home in your body, exactly as it is today.
We'll move slowly, offer plenty of options, take breaks when needed, and focus on breathing, mobility, balance, and building confidence one practice at a time.
No experience is necessary, and you never have to "keep up."
Whether you're returning to movement after years away, recovering your confidence, or trying yoga for the very first time, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.
Come discover that yoga was never about being good at yoga.
