About Queen Helen

Helen Edwards-Jackson is the Managing Broker-Owner of Upsurge Realty and Educational Director of NexGen Career Institute. With 11 years of active real estate practice and more than 20 years of experience in customer service, training and professional development, she has established herself as a respected real estate educator and industry leader.

Her leadership includes a three-year elected term on the Canopy MLS Board of Directors, service as a Region 8 representative for NC REALTORS®, participation in the William C. Bass Leadership Academy, service on multiple Canopy REALTOR® Association committees, and her role as Assistant Treasurer of the Charlotte Crown Chapter of NAREB.
