Songs From This House - by UCity | The Church at Songbirds
Thu, Nov 5 · songbirds wine bar
About this show
Located at the brand new spot, Songbirds, a coffee shop by day and live music scene by night... we are hosting a songwriting showcase featuring original music written by our congregation and friends of UCity.
Imagine VH1 Storytellers meets the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville... but with songs that are of the Lord, from the Lord, and to the Lord. Our heart is to represent God by being immersed in our community and honoring Him through the creativity and inspiration He has imparted to us. The lineup spans genres and varies in song themes/subjects. These included: contemplative dialogue, honest wrestling, unapologetic joy, battle-hardened testimony, and more.
Simply put... the Kingdom should sound good and we are doing our part to contribute to that! Come through and bring your friends.
