National Wellness Week De-Stress Session at Waddell Center for Student Health and Wellbeing
Take some time for yourself during National Wellness Week and visit the Center for Wellness Promotion for a special de-stress session! Start with a calming meditation and breathwork session, then enjoy some healthy snacks with your peers. We'll be wrapping up the event with a tour of the CWP facilities so you can see all the important resources at your disposal as a grad student at UNC Charlotte.
