In-Person Class: Pumpkin Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage Sauce (Charlotte)

Embrace the flavors of fall with a cozy Italian pasta-making experience as you learn to create delicious pumpkin ravioli completely from scratch!

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make delicate pasta dough, roll it into thin sheets, and transform it into beautiful ravioli filled with a flavorful pumpkin and ricotta filling. Your expert chef instructor, Shef Shaun, will guide you through each step of the process, from preparing your filling to mastering the techniques for filling, sealing, and shaping your ravioli. You’ll finish your creation with a classic brown butter and fresh sage sauce, creating a restaurant-quality dish you’ll be proud to make at home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, so you can simply arrive ready to cook and enjoy the experience. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive—not hardcore culinary training. This class is designed to be just as enjoyable for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be involved in every step as it is for the first-timer who is excited to learn, assist, and taste their creation along the way.

You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5, sharing equipment and ingredients. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so class can begin on time.
